In this role, you’ll translate our IDE strategy into impactful programs, learning experiences and inclusive practices across the employee journey. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and contribute to a culture of equity by design. You’ll be part of the Culture & IDE team - a small, dedicated group that plays a key role in shaping KPMG’s People strategy and daily operations.

- A minimum of 6 years experience in inclusion, diversity, and equity
- Strong skills in project/program management and facilitation
- Knowledge of equitable people processes and inclusive practices
- Excellent English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
- A connecting personality and a drive to create lasting change

Dit bieden wij
- Gross salary between €3.200,- and €5.200,- per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
- Pension accrual without a compulsory personal contribution.
