This is what you bring

· A completed university Master’s degree, preferably in data science, computer science, AI, software engineering, or a related field.

· Affinity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven innovation.

· Basic understanding of IT Platforms and ERPs (like SAP, Microsoft, etc.)

· Eagerness to learn, grow, and take responsibility early on.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to collaborate in diverse teams and communicate effectively.

· A hands-on and practical mentality with a fascination for coding, scripting, and development.

· Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.

Wat ga je doen?

Your challenges

As a Consultant AI Enablement, you will support clients in their digital transformation journeys by helping them understand, implement, and scale AI solutions. You will also help embed AI into consulting services. You’ll work on projects that focus on:

· Translating business needs into practical AI applications.

· Supporting the development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions (for both internal and external).

· Exploring how AI can enhance IT platforms and improve business processes.

· Keeping up with the latest AI trends and ensuring clients get real value from them.

· Collaborating across teams and disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes.

· Actively embedding AI into project delivery and consulting services.

 

What will you do?

You’ll start as part of a growing AI Enablement team, working alongside experienced colleagues. You will:

· Help design and configure AI solutions for clients in various industries.

· Support in workshops and client meetings by bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.

· Analyze data and provide insights that shape innovative AI strategies.

· Learn continuously through KPMG’s development programs, mentorship, and hands-on experience in projects.

· Design and develop tangible AI use-cases/solutions for both internal and external projects.

Sollicitatieprocedure

Stap 1. Jouw sollicitatie

Heb je gesolliciteerd? Wat leuk dat je interesse hebt in werken bij KPMG. Na je sollicitatie belt een van onze recruiters jou voor een korte kennismaking en om te kijken of de functie bij jou zou passen. In dit gesprek heb jij ook de mogelijkheid om een aantal vragen te stellen die je misschien nog hebt.

Stap 2. Het eerste gesprek

Na de kennismaking nodigen wij jou uit voor het eerste gesprek en tegelijkertijd ook voor de KPMG Talent Pitch. In de Talent Pitch leren wij jou niet alleen kennen, maar leer jij ons ook beter kennen door een rondleiding in de wereld van KPMG. Je vult tijdens de pitch een persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst in en je maakt een capaciteitentest. Het eerste gesprek is met een recruiter en in sommige gevallen is er ook direct al een collega van de betreffende afdeling bij het gesprek aanwezig. Dit gesprek is een wederzijdse kennismaking, waarbij jij dus ook de kans krijgt om alle vragen die je waarschijnlijk hebt te stellen.

Stap 3. Vervolg gesprek

Vond je het een positief gesprek en ben jij nog enthousiast? Als wij ook een match zien, volgt er een tweede kennismaking. In dit tweede gesprek gaan we dieper in op de functie en de inhoudelijke thema’s waar je mee te maken krijgt. Het kan zijn dat je gevraagd wordt een businesscase voor het gesprek voor te bereiden. Soms vindt er nog een laatste gesprek plaats. 

Stap 4. Aanbod

Is er een match? Dan doen wij jou een aanbod en start jij hopelijk snel bij KPMG. In het aanbod vind je niet alleen je salaris, maar lees je alles over ons complete aanbod aan arbeidsvoorwaarden.
