This is what you bring
At least 3-5 years of experience working with critical care applications within hospitals and healthcare institutions, such as EHR, ECD, PACS, personal health portals (PHOs), and 3rd party care applications (e.g. monitoring, patient engagement, telemedicine, virtual consults).
Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange, generic functions, and appointment systems.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and Python, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in healthcare Microsoft technology projects.
Deep passion for technology and a strong inclination towards driving innovation, particularly in the healthcare domain.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to guide and develop the technical capabilities of junior team members within the context of healthcare technology.
Commercial skills and an extensive network in healthcare are considered a plus.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
What will you do?
As a Microsoft Healthcare Data Engineer, you'll primarily focus on solutioning, pre-sales, client conversations, and delivery of large transformation programs in the healthcare domain. You will lead projects, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that leverage the latest Microsoft technologies while incorporating deep expertise in healthcare data standards and regional healthcare initiatives to drive positive change in healthcare transformation.
Your challenge:
Lead healthcare architecture and implementation within the Microsoft Data & Innovation sphere to ensure successful outcomes.
Translate reference architectures into a roadmap specific to the healthcare domain.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive innovative solutions within the healthcare domain.
Coach and mentor junior team members from a technical perspective to foster their growth within the technology stack.
Drive "tech intensity" by infusing knowledge, innovation, and technology advancement within the team, with a focus on healthcare data standards and regional healthcare initiatives.
