KPMG Technology in the Netherlands leverages SAP solutions to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes for sustainable growth.

As Senior Consultant SAP Sales & Distribution, you’ll be responsible for working of S/4HANA transformations by translating business requirements into solutions designs and configuring/testing S/4HANA solutions in international business transformations for our clients.

  • How do you deal with the interests of different stakeholders?

  • How do you ensure that SAP Sales & Distribution solutions meet the customer's business objectives?

  • How do you contribute to large-scale transformation projects?
  • How do you standardize complex business processes by using best practices?
  • How do you ensure good cooperation within an international team?
  • How do you share your knowledge and experience with starting SAP consultants to support their development?

This is what you bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on SAP Sales & Distribution experience (setup customer master data & credit, pricing strategy, sales order promising strategy, quote management, customer contract lifecycle management, order & fulfilment management, subscription management and billing management).
  • SAP implementation or consulting project experience.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Motivated to participate in both Dutch and international projects and willing to travel for work.
  • Familiarity with current technology trends and a passion for digital innovation.
  • Completed university Master's degree. Preferably in business, IT, or engineering.
  • Willingness and drive to learn and grow, and to help make the team even more successful.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.

What will you do?

As a Senior Consultant Digital Transformation SAP Sales & Distribution, you will be involved in large national and international projects. Within these projects, you advise our clients on how they can carry out their business transformation using SAP, or how they can get more value out of their SAP system. This can take place before, during or after an implementation. As a senior consultant, your focus is not only on your personal goals, but you will also be given more responsibilities, ranging from determining the strategic direction within our projects and/or team, to coaching junior team members. Together with experienced colleagues and the development opportunities KPMG will offer you, our goal is to lead every project to a successful outcome.

Within our projects, you play an essential role by supporting and guiding the business through all stages of SAP implementation. Your expertise ranges from process and system design to change management, testing and training.

Think of specific projects such as optimizing processes within SAP, setting up shared service centres, or implementing, integrating and dismantling SAP environments during mergers and acquisitions. You are also involved in optimising master data, reporting or monitoring. These tasks form a challenging and varied portfolio in which your analytical skills and eye for detail are essential.   • Gross salary between €3.965,- and €5.050,-, a bonus and fixed expense allowance of €62,- net and a working from home allowance

Application procedure

Step 1. Your application

When you apply, we will see if we find a match with your resume and the job requirements. The next step is usually an online assessment. This assessment consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The results provide insight into your preferred behavior and competencies. 

Step 2. The first interview

After a positive completion of the assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter and a colleague from the relevant department. Here, we mainly want to get to know you, and you also get the chance to get to know us. 

Step 3. Follow-up interview

Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.
