Your challenges

This is what you bring

  • Master degree and a completed certificate in accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the external audit practice.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Writing and speaking the English and Dutch language for our (inter)national clients.

What will you do?

As a Senior Associate, you will be dealing with several clients at the same time and managing larger teams. In addition to managing, you will be given greater responsibility for the budget of projects, and you will also discuss this with the client. Together with the manager you work on the future of the audit department and support with client proposals. In this role you will be preparing yourself to become a new manager at KPMG NL.

 

The KPMG NL headquarters is located in Amstelveen. Amstelveen is located close to Amsterdam so it is easily accessible by car or public transport. Application procedure

Step 1. Your application

When you apply, we will see if we find a match with your resume and the job requirements. The next step is usually an online assessment. This assessment consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The results provide insight into your preferred behavior and competencies. 

Step 2. The first interview

After a positive completion of the assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter and a colleague from the relevant department. Here, we mainly want to get to know you, and you also get the chance to get to know us. 

Step 3. Follow-up interview

Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview. 

Step 4. Offer
