We are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP Integrations to strengthen our SAP Technology & Integration practice. This role is positioned at an early–mid Senior Consultant level, ideal for someone with 3–6 years of experience who is ready to own integration workstreams while still growing toward more strategic responsibilities over time.

Your challenges

We are seeking a Senior Consultant focused on SAP Integration & BTP Architecture to strengthen our SAP practice. In this role, you will design and implement advanced integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and public cloud), using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and applying SAP Cloud best practices and integration patterns. You work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure that integration solutions fit business needs and operate smoothly across various systems. You will also play a pivotal role in transformation projects including greenfield implementations, system conversions (brownfield), and selective data transitions (Bluefield), guiding the migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite and ensuring smooth integration throughout these initiatives. You will operate hands‑on while applying a project‑management‑minded approach, and you should be comfortable engaging with technical client counterparts.

This is what you bring

  • Minimum 3-6 years of SAP integration experience, including hands-on design and implementation using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Experience in an IT-consultancy is a must.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). 
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programs. Familiarity with Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield S/4HANA implementations, migration strategies, and best practices. 
  • Completed an academic (Master’s) degree, preferably (Technical) Business Administration, Information management or related education.  
  • Understanding of various integration methodologies: synchronous/asynchronous, real-time, event-driven, API-led, and batch-oriented. 
  • You think conceptually, work in an organized way, and enjoy being challenged by complex issues.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset who is willing to go the extra mile.
  • It would be an advantage if you have experience and/or interest in CAP, RAP, RISE, UI5, and/or pre-sales activities (RFP’s).
  • Ability to speak Dutch, and being located in the Netherlands at the time of application.  

What will you do?

As a Senior Consultant, you bring solid hands-on experience and take ownership of your integration workstreams, while still having room to grow in shaping end-to-end architectures. You will work in an environment that values learning, knowledge-sharing, and curiosity, and where you are encouraged to expand your skills by taking on increasingly complex design responsibilities. Together with experienced architects and senior leaders, you will contribute to the evolution of our integration approach and gain the guidance needed to progress toward a more strategic, architectural role over time.

 

  • Support the design and delivery of integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP and Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management, (Advanced) Event Mesh, Integration Advisor) to connect SAP S/4HANA with other SAP and non-SAP systems, following SAP best practices and integration patterns.
  • Translate integration requirements into practical designs and contribute to hands‑on implementation work.
  • Develop and execute integration strategies across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield SAP projects, while coordinating with project management to scope integration workstreams and ensure deliverables align with overall project timelines.
  • Coordinate within the integration workstream and align with both technical and functional stakeholders.
  • Participate in workshops, client discussions, and project delivery activities with a project‑management‑minded approach.
  • Contribute to proposal work, presentations, and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
  • Engage confidently with technical client counterparts while gradually taking more ownership of your workstream.

  • Gross salary between €3.965,- and €5.050,-  a bonus, a fixed expense allowance of €71,- net and a working from home allowance.

Step 1. Your application

Step 3. Follow-up interview

Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.
