Tech/AI Enablement Senior Consultant
Bring emerging technology, AI and business value together. Check out this opportunity in our IT Strategy and Transformation team!
Your challenges
Technology is evolving faster than ever. New AI solutions, digital tools and platforms create opportunities, but only when they solve real business challenges and are introduced in the right way.
We are looking for a hands-on, technology-savvy consultant who enjoys exploring how emerging technologies can create value for the business. You will evaluate new technologies, run proofs of concept, develop business cases and bring stakeholders together to turn promising ideas into practical solutions.
This is an technology enablement role rather than a software engineering, solution architecture or pure strategy position. You will combine a strong understanding of technology with consulting, stakeholder management and coordination skills to help KPMG make informed decisions about new technologies and successfully introduce them across the organisation.
This is what you bring
You are naturally curious about technology and enjoy understanding how innovation can create value in practice. You are comfortable speaking with both technical specialists and senior business leaders, and you know how to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
You also bring:
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, technology enablement, digital innovation, technology-focused product management or a comparable environment.
- A strong understanding of AI, cloud technologies, SaaS solutions and automation, and how these technologies can be applied in a business environment.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft AI ecosystem is important. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience developing business cases, recommendations and decision-making materials for technology initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage both business stakeholders and technical specialists.
- Experience coordinating proofs of concept, pilots or technology initiatives, including bringing together stakeholders from different areas of an organisation.
- Experience facilitating workshops and supporting the implementation and adoption of new technology solutions.
Not sure whether to apply because you don’t meet every requirement? If this role excites you and you see yourself in the profile, we’d love to hear from you. Because we believe talent grows and shows up in many different ways.
What will you do?
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, AI solutions and digital platforms that could support KPMG's strategic and business priorities.
- Assess potential solutions from a business value, technology, security, risk and operational perspective.
- Develop clear business cases and recommendations to support investment and implementation decisions.
- Lead and coordinate proofs of concept and pilot initiatives, working with business stakeholders and technical specialists to test feasibility and value.
- Support the implementation and adoption of approved technologies, helping teams successfully integrate new solutions into their way of working.
You will join a team that helps KPMG make informed decisions about emerging technologies and digital innovation. Together with colleagues from across the business, you will explore opportunities, challenge assumptions and evaluate where technology can have the greatest impact.
A typical week may involve facilitating an innovation workshop, discussing solution architecture with technical experts, building a business case for senior leadership, assessing the risks and opportunities of a new AI solution, or coordinating a pilot that could influence the future direction of our technology landscape.
What makes this role particularly interesting is the variety. You will be involved from the earliest stages of exploration through to implementation and adoption. You will help shape decisions that affect the way thousands of colleagues work while contributing to KPMG's wider technology and AI ambitions.
At KPMG, we believe that the best ideas emerge when people bring different perspectives together. That's why we invest in collaboration, learning and development, and creating an environment where you can continue to grow while making a real impact.
