Your challenges

Technology is evolving faster than ever. New AI solutions, digital tools and platforms create opportunities, but only when they solve real business challenges and are adopted in the right way.

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will help KPMG identify, evaluate and introduce technologies that make a meaningful difference to our people and our business. You will work at the intersection of innovation, technology and strategy, translating opportunities into clear recommendations, compelling business cases and successful adoption across the organisation. The role offers a unique combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and hands-on involvement in shaping KPMG's digital future

This is what you bring

You are naturally curious about technology and enjoy understanding how innovation can create value in practice. You are comfortable speaking with both technical specialists and senior business leaders, and you know how to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.

You also bring:

  • A bachelors degree, with approximately 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, product management, digital transformation, innovation management or a related field.
  • Experience developing business cases and supporting decision-making processes.
  • An in depth understanding of AI, cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, automation and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
  • Experience coordinating initiatives, facilitating workshops and supporting change and adoption activities.

Not sure whether to apply because you don’t meet every requirement? If this role excites you and you see yourself in the profile, we’d love to hear from you. Because we believe talent grows and shows up in many different ways.

What will you do?

  • Identify emerging technologies, AI solutions and digital platforms that can support KPMG's strategic ambitions.
  • Assess opportunities from a business, technology, security and operational perspective.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations that help leadership make informed investment decisions.
  • Lead proof of concepts and pilot initiatives, bringing together colleagues from across the organisation.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of approved technologies, helping colleagues realise the full value of new solutions.

You will join a team that helps KPMG make informed decisions about emerging technologies and digital innovation. Together with colleagues from across the business, you will explore opportunities, challenge assumptions and evaluate where technology can have the greatest impact.

A typical week may involve facilitating an innovation workshop, discussing solution architecture with technical experts, building a business case for senior leadership, assessing the risks and opportunities of a new AI solution, or coordinating a pilot that could influence the future direction of our technology landscape.

What makes this role particularly interesting is the variety. You will be involved from the earliest stages of exploration through to implementation and adoption. You will help shape decisions that affect the way thousands of colleagues work while contributing to KPMG's wider digital and AI transformation agenda.

At KPMG, we believe that the best ideas emerge when people bring different perspectives together. That's why we invest in collaboration, learning and development, and creating an environment where you can continue to grow while making a real impact.

Application procedure

Step 1. Your application

When you apply, we will see if we find a match with your resume and the job requirements. The next step is usually an online assessment. This assessment consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The results provide insight into your preferred behavior and competencies.

Step 2. The first interview

After a positive completion of the assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter and a colleague from the relevant department. Here, we mainly want to get to know you, and you also get the chance to get to know us.

Step 3. Follow-up interview

Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.

Step 4. Offer

Do we have a match? Then you will receive an offer from us to start at KPMG. The offer will not only include your salary but also more about our complete package of employment conditions, such as your pension, vacation days, and more! Do you say “yes”? Then we congratulate you as our new colleague and take you to the very last step.

Step 5. Screening

We want to be an integral and reliable organization in all respects. Therefore, we screen everyone who comes to work with us. DISA conducts this screening and checks references, among other things. Is everything in order? Then the path to a great career at KPMG is open to you. You will then start with the onboarding program.
