How does Naomi, as the chairperson of KPMG Pride, contribute to equality in the workplace?
At KPMG, we encourage everyone to be themselves. In our ‘Proud to be…’ series, we celebrate our differences and provide a platform for our colleagues from the LGBTQ+ community to share their stories. In this blog, we interview Naomi Misseyer (she/they), assistant manager Audit. Naomi has been with KPMG for over 6 years and also serves as the Chair of KPMG Pride.
Inclusivity in the workplace
Before Naomi Misseyer (she/they), assistant manager Audit, joined KPMG, she was a member of the COC in Tilburg and Eindhoven, an advocate dedicated to the rights of the LGBTQ+ community.
At KPMG, she considers it very important to continue to spread her activism, and now, as the Chair of the Pride Board, she also strives for justice and inclusivity in the workplace. Are you curious about how she accomplishes this, and want to know her advice for the younger generation? Then watch her video where she takes you through her story.

Now, Naomi uses her role to create a safe working environment. She does this by creating events where people from the LGBTIQ+ community can come together and create awareness. Do you want to know more about the Pride Board and Rainbow Community? Read more here.
