Together with the team, you support organizations in defining their ambitions and developing innovative strategies. The Strategy & Operations team consists of over 200 professionals within various subteams. There are four teams focused on specific markets (financial sector, health, public sector, and corporate clients) and four teams focused on specific propositions (deals & growth, people & change, customer & brand, and strategy & innovation). Within one of the Strategy & Operations teams, you will specialize in a market or a proposition. At KPMG, we often work in multidisciplinary teams, combining our own expertise with process and sector knowledge from other teams.
In our projects, we frequently collaborate closely with our clients during the design and implementation phases. We draw upon KPMG's broad experience in the sector, encompassing large-scale transformation, change management, mergers and acquisitions, business and financial restructuring, tax structuring, and risk management situations. Teams within Strategy & Operations
Financial sector
We assist banks, insurers, investors, and real estate companies in preparing for a 'future fit' financial sector. This involves developing strategies and guiding large-scale transformations.
Health
