- Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors' Core HR domain, ensuring minimal disruption to our HR operations.
- End-User Assistance: Provide expert guidance and support to end-users and other stakeholders navigating Employee Central, our Benefits add-on, and pre-payroll activities, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with our IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements and configurations to optimize Core HR processes.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards while managing complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and refine our Core HR processes, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities to drive process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting Core HR functionalities, including Employee Central, Benefits, and pre-payroll activities.
- Core HR Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Core HR processes, policies, and leading practices, enabling you to troubleshoot and support related issues effectively.
- Data Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: A track record of effectively analyzing intricate business requirements, translating them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Clear Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
