Your challenges

  • Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors' Core HR domain, ensuring minimal disruption to our HR operations.
  • End-User Assistance: Provide expert guidance and support to end-users and other stakeholders navigating Employee Central, our Benefits add-on, and pre-payroll activities, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with our IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements and configurations to optimize Core HR processes.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards while managing complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine our Core HR processes, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities to drive process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting Core HR functionalities, including Employee Central, Benefits, and pre-payroll activities.
  • Core HR Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Core HR processes, policies, and leading practices, enabling you to troubleshoot and support related issues effectively.
  • Data Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A track record of effectively analyzing intricate business requirements, translating them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Clear Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end-users.

HR IT Specialist SuccessFactors?

The HR IT Specialist is specialized in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Core HR Support Activities. You serve as a pivotal bridge between technology and HR operations. This person is a go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing Core HR (i.e. Employee Central, Benefits, and pre-payroll activities). The role involves swiftly addressing technical challenges, ensuring data accuracy, and troubleshooting system issues to guarantee smooth Core HR processes. Collaborating closely with HR teams, providing user support, training, and guidance, helping employees navigate the system effectively. By leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors expertise, the HR IT Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the overall employee experience, data integrity, and process efficiency within the focus area of Core HR.

There are 8 colleagues working in the SuccessFactors team. There is also a HR Reporting team and a Processes & Compliance team within DE&A.
The atmosphere is characterized as informal, collaborative and warm towards people, but no-nonsense and structured in terms of content. Our way of working together means that we are always there for each other, but also for colleagues from other teams and departments. We are a crucial link in the (HR) organization.
There is a lot of collaboration with the various departments and teams within HR, but also outside of HR. For example; Finance/Payroll, the Service Desk, but also Compliance related departments.
