Your challenges

  • Support the project manager in overseeing data-centric projects, ensuring they stay aligned with objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, assisting in translating these into actionable project tasks.
  • Help identify potential risks and challenges, and contribute to developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about project progress, challenges, and updates.
  • Assist in monitoring project outcomes and supporting adjustments as needed to meet defined success criteria.

This is what you bring

  • A completed MSc degree in a relevant field (business or data-related).
  • Experience in (supporting) projects, ideally in a data-related or technical environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Experience in helping develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts and familiarity with data-related tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills to support the project manager in conveying updates and priorities to teams.

What will you do?

As a business analyst within the newly established KPMG Data Office, you will support data-related projects and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, the Data Office, and the development team to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project. Your role includes gathering and organizing business data requirements, assisting in the creation of project plans, and helping to ensure projects move forward smoothly.

Application procedure

Step 1. Your application

When you apply, we will see if we find a match with your resume and the job requirements. The next step is usually an online assessment. This assessment consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The results provide insight into your preferred behavior and competencies. 

Step 2. The first interview

After a positive completion of the assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter and a colleague from the relevant department. Here, we mainly want to get to know you, and you also get the chance to get to know us. 

Step 3. Follow-up interview

Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview. 

Step 4. Offer

Do we have a match? Then you will receive an offer from us to start at KPMG.
