- A completed academic education, for example in Business Administration, Strategy or Transformation
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in transformation, portfolio or program management
- At least 4 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience in strategic decision-making in complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven management and reporting
- Affinity with AI, digital transformation and data-driven working
- Excellent communication and influencing skills on a tactical and strategic level
- You are result-oriented, take ownership and know how to bring structure to complexity
What will you do?
Do you want to play a key role in the strategic transformation of Central Services and make a direct impact on the way the organization operates, innovates and delivers value?
Within Central Services, we are working on a future-proof, efficient and customer-oriented organization. AI-driven workflows, data-driven decision-making and execution power are central to this. From the Transformation Office, we manage a broad change agenda that extends to processes, technology, data and people.
As a Strategic Portfolio Manager, you act as the central director of the total change agenda within Central Services. You monitor the coherence between strategic initiatives, ongoing improvements and operational changes. You work at the heart of the transformation and ensure focus, coherence and progress within the total change portfolio. In doing so, you translate strategic ambitions into concrete, feasible initiatives.

- The role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution and offers a lot of room for own initiative and direction
What will you do?
- You are responsible for prioritizing the portfolio and helping the organization make sharp choices, including stopping, phasing or reprioritizing initiatives
- You translate strategic priorities within Central Services into concrete, balanced portfolio roadmaps
- You guarantee integral insight into progress, impact, dependencies, risks, capacity and budget
- You will embed an AI-first mindset in the design, prioritization and execution of the portfolio
- You will act as a strategic sparring partner for the Leadership Team and CSLT and provide independent, data-driven advice on sequencing, investments and change capability
- You facilitate fixed governance moments, such as portfolio reviews and performance updates
- You actively steer towards value creation and ensure that initiatives demonstrably contribute to efficiency, quality and employee and customer experience
- You are responsible for the (further) development of reports and dashboards that enable transparency and effective management
- You will lead the Business Analysis and Data & Reporting teams (approximately 7 FTE) and further develop these teams in analytics, data products and AI-driven solutions, with the aim of strengthening the change capability of Central Services
- You monitor budget frameworks, identify deviations or risks in a timely manner and develop the annual project plan, including associated budget requests

- Gross salary between €5,800 and €9,500 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
