Senior Project Manager
Your challenges
As the Senior Project Manager, you will steer the Data Office’s project management function, acting as the central liaison between stakeholders, the Data Office, and its development team. You will drive the establishment and strategic alignment of the Data Office, ensuring that business goals and user needs are met.
Your role involves:
- Managing and prioritizing business requirements, translating them into program frameworks.
- Overseeing overall project progress while managing a small team of project managers.
- Leading individual project management responsibilities while directing multiple initiatives within the Data Office.
This is what you bring
- 7+ years of experience as a program manager, (lead) project manager, or Lead PMO.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective engagement with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrated project/program plans, addressing timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Deep knowledge of data, analytics, and technical product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, progress, and priorities to cross-functional teams.
- Effective leadership, coaching, and support to ensure successful project delivery by project managers.

Key tasks will include:
- Lead and oversee the project management function within the Data Office, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of data-driven projects and initiatives.
- Act as the key connection between stakeholders, the Central Data Office, and the development team, collecting and prioritizing business needs to translate them into comprehensive project plans.
- Manage and supervise other project managers within the Data Office, providing guidance, support, and ensuring alignment with KPMG’s strategic goals.
- Report and communicate overall program/project progress to a diverse set of stakeholders.
This is what we offer
- Gross salary between € 4.825,- and € 7.935,- month depending on your work experience, annual performance bonus, mobility allowance, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
