We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager / IT Transformation Lead to drive high-impact digital and IT transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership acumen, capable of managing complex change, aligning multi-stakeholder interests, and delivering measurable value. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing enterprise-wide IT programs, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the gravitas to influence senior leadership and business units alike.
This is what you bring
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT program management, digital transformation, or technology consulting, preferably in a large-scale or multinational environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, IT governance, operating model design, management consulting, and digital delivery.
- Proficiency in agile program/project management, change management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with business process reengineering, continuous improvement methodologies and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe are preferred
What will you do?
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale high-impact IT transformation programs from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans, balancing agility with risk control.
- Define, implement, and mature program governance, stakeholder communication frameworks, and KPIs to ensure transparency, accountability, and delivery performance.
- Drive change management, organizational readiness, and capability uplift across service lines.
- Support executive decision-making with insightful reporting, risk/opportunity assessments, and financial oversight.
- Act as a think tank to IT and business leadership, offering insights on digital trends, innovation, and transformation best practices.
- Analyze current IT ecosystem and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge.
- Develop and present business/investment cases, progress reports, ROI analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Gross salary between € 4.825,- and € 7.935,- per month depending on your work experience;
