- Sourcing project delivery tools setup & support (Clarizen / Confluence / JIRA/ServiceNow etc.).
- Establishing enabling technologies.
- Assisting in software purchase, licenses and installation.
- Align Cloud to provide the ability to scale the infrastructure with volume increases.
- Creating rules engine to make policy lineage and traceability easy.

- At least a bachelors' degree in IT, or related fields, Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in Service management and IT function for more than 8 years.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding and knowledge of technology and IT tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As manager of service management and IT you understand the client needs (both software & hardware) and accordingly source the project delivery tools, set them, test them and ensure roll out and provide support to the team. You will be responsible for software purchases, managing licenses and installation. You will create and distribute technology training materials to the team. You will integrate managed services tools and technology with the existing infrastructure and channels. You will report to the Senior Manager Customer Management.
