Stap 1 - KPMG Talent Pitch

Stap 2 - Het eerste gesprek

Heb je de Talentpitch succesvol doorlopen? Dan nodigen we je graag uit voor een eerste gesprek. In dit gesprek maak je direct kennis met iemand van de betreffende afdeling en met een recruiter.

Stap 3 - Vervolggesprek

Iedereen enthousiast? In veel gevallen volgt er dan een tweede kennismaking. Het tweede gesprek gaat dieper in op de functie en de inhoudelijke thema’s waar je mee te maken gaat krijgen. Een business case kan onderdeel zijn van het vervolggesprek. Soms vindt er nog een laatste gesprek plaats.

Stap 4 - Screening

Wij willen in alle opzichten een integere en betrouwbare organisatie zijn. Dus screenen we iedereen die bij ons komt werken. Onze recruiters checken referenties, paspoort, diploma en cijferlijsten en er wordt om een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) gevraagd.
