ServiceNow Architect
This role is a key role to support KPMG firms to increase their market share for the ServiceNow technology in the respective local markets across EMA region, but not limited to it. It is inline with the firm's strategy to grow ServiceNow as a key platform, leveraging the Global Elite Partnership status between KPMG and ServiceNow globally. It is a highly visible role working with KPMG Partners dedicated to achieve the firm's strategy and goals for the upcoming years.
Your challenges
• Facilitate organizational growth by aligning with defined strategies for the global ServiceNow practice, specifically focusing on pre-sales activities.
• Evaluate business requirements to determine the optimal ServiceNow modules, products, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns to efficiently achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure the solution aligns with the IT strategy, enterprise system landscape, technology environment, and capabilities roadmap.
• Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains.
• Conduct research and participate in the development of roadmaps, including right solution selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones; communicate best practices through presentations, collaboration with project teams, and authoring content to educate others about standards, strategies, and defined best practices.
• Lead technology evaluations by identifying a weighted feature matrix for specific needs and evaluating and scoring products against the desired features; research activities include readings, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and lab testing.
• Collaborate with project teams to assist in solution implementation by providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams; work individually and collaboratively with team members to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies, standards, and reference architectures for consistency and integration.
This is what you bring
• ServiceNow technology hands-on experience, including implementing ServiceNow modules. Extensive experience in at least two distinct modules in ServiceNow. Exposure to the implementation of multiple modules is preferable.
• CMA Certified
• Extensive experience in solutioning/architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise architecture domains (technology, application, information, and infrastructure).
• Experience in supporting pre-sales with an understanding of the end-to-end pre-sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of the licensing for the ServiceNow product suite.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture on ServiceNow platforms, along with the integration of other SaaS solutions with these platforms.
• Ability to effectively develop presentations, demos, architecture functional and technical roadmaps, and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in the development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities.
• General understanding of technical architecture capabilities for networking, security, servers, and data.
• Experience or certification in architecture frameworks and experience with application architecture roadmaps, along with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture.
What will you do in this position?
The objective of this role is to provide solution support on key ServiceNow deals leveraging the global delivery centers, for a globally resourced centers including the KPMG firms, the near-shore and offshore KDN Delivery centers. The role incumbent is key to planning the location and talent build strategy for ServiceNow capabilities across the globe. Additionally, it is well-within the purview of this role to provide insights to build on the current KPMG Powered Enterprise offering, a KPMG flagship product, to add latest relevance to the Powered IT landscape.This role is directly responsible for defining ServiceNow solution architecture to meet business requirements on KPMG opportunities, develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards, and collaborate to make the solution a winning proposition. Product-based solutioning, fit-gap analysis, automation opportunities, estimations, demonstrations & participation in client oral presentations are the various avenues of contribution towards the success of this role.The role provides global visibility within KPMG network of Member firms.
