Your challenges

  • Responsible for the realization of revenue through marketing and sales activities.
  • Maintain, build and expand our client- and engagement portfolio. You know your way around your current network and can easily build up a network within KPMG.
  • Identify new market opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Take the lead in acquiring and executing engagements in the field of Agile/DevOps delivery processes or technical assessment of software solutions (e.g. architecture and source code reviews).
  • Project management and quality control during the execution of engagements.
  • Organize technology-oriented commercial events (e.g. round table, conferences and inspiration sessions).

This is what you bring

  • Completed Bachelor/Master’s degree studies in a technical domain.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in both project delivery and business development.
  • Proven mastery in consultative sales and building relationships, skilled at nurturing positive conversations and connections.
  • A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • A strong affinity for IT processes and team dynamics, with in-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Software development.

What will you do in this position?

As a Manager at Digital Enablement, you'll be key in driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach. You'll spot new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and manage a portfolio of existing clients to hit our revenue targets.

On top of sales, you'll also be crucial in delivering our services. You'll use your project management skills to support and manage consultancy projects in Agile/DevOps processes and/or technical assessments of software solutions. You'll ensure everything does meet the KPMG quality standards by overseeing our services throughout each engagement.

As a hands-on leader, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help deliver on engagements with your team. You will work closely with a team of Agile/DevOps experts, developers, designers, and project managers to deliver services that meet or exceed our client's expectations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to juggle sales, delivery, and relationship management. With your skills in consultative sales and relationship-building, you'll tap into your network to find new opportunities, boost revenue, and help our clients reach their goals. You're a proactive communicator with great verbal and written skills, able to create strong connections with both clients and team members.
