Your role as
Consultant AI in Control?

Emerging deployment of data and analytics technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation can add a lot of value to businesses and governments. In order to achieve this, it is of great importance that administrators and organizations can rely on the outcomes of data analytics, models and AI.

As a consultant AI in Control, you will work in the Trusted Analytics team. This team helps organizations to identify and manage the risks associated with technologies like AI. These risks are very diverse. For example, consider an AI system that makes decisions independently. Among the considerations here are: what data was used for training and is this data representative of the purpose? How is it ensured within the organization that the model will continue to perform in the future? What is the link with IT security and privacy? What ethical considerations were made in developing the model and are the decisions fair, without bias towards minorities or other groups?

Within KPMG there is a young team dedicated to helping companies manage the risks associated with their business in order to get the best out of it. Assignments range from auditing complete algorithms through an algorithm audit to creating an ethical framework for the use of data and algorithms.

To strengthen this team, we are looking for a consultant who wants to get stuck into this kind of new technology on the axis of these topics, and who is able to carry out assignments independently at clients. In addition, we find it important that someone actively contributes to the further growth of the team.
