Your challenges
- Create D&A tool training programs and
- Design audit approach and documentation for new audit D&A solutions.
- Assist teams in applying technology within audit methodologies.
- Make key decisions for quick innovation while ensuring trust and quality.
This is what you bring
- Possession of an ACCA, RA or similar audit qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of audit experience with a focus on methodology and its practical application.
- Eagerness to improve understanding of a variety of technology solutions.
- Experience in Learning and Development, change management, and soft skills training.
- Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication, as well as facilitation skills.

Audit Innovation Learning and Quality Senior Specialist?
Our team consists of passionate individuals committed to creating technology solutions that deliver value in a new context, where we combine business knowledge with the latest technological capabilities.
By leveraging your extensive auditing experience and passion for innovative audit practices, you will be primarily responsible for designing Learning and Development programs and preparing documentations for Data & Analytics (D&A) tools. These training programs will empower auditors to effectively use D&A tools in their work. And having documentation of D&A tools in accordance with the audit methodology will ensure high audit quality.
The role contributes to safeguarding the quality of D&A-solutions, promoting their proper adoption by KPMG The Netherlands audit teams, and enhancing auditors' work-life quality by providing essential training and tools for effective D&A use.
